"Dr Crisp and his staff are wonderful. I went to get 9 teeth extracted and I didn’t even know he had extracted my top teeth. Dr Crisp and his assistant Shay was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them to anyone. I have my brother in law coming to see Dr Crisp about dentures and also my best friend is going for a consultation on a root canal. Dr Crisp takes time to answer all of your questions and is very knowledgeable about the dentures I will be getting from his office. Anyone looking for a great dentist, Dr Crisp and his staff are the best."

"This is not an assembly line dental office, like some. From the Receptionist to the Dental Hygienist to Dr. Crisp, everyone treated me like truly valued patient. They addressed my concerns and resolved my problem so that I can now move forward with a plan of care. Really super people."

"I was in extreme pain and scheduled my appointment three weeks in advance as that was the soonest I could be seen. I recieved a text asking me to confirm my appointment at 12:30pm. I responded and confirmed by 1:50pm as I was at work and can not have my phone on me. I was told my appointment was canceled due to me not responding by 1pm. You should send the text out prior to 30 minutes before the deadline. Absolutely ridiculous. You should let your patients know that this is a practice so that they are aware. I will now continue to be in pain. Hopefully an office who cares will be able to help. Will not be returning and will recommend friends and family to a better office."

"Absolutely the best dental experience I’ve ever had !!! I went to Aspen Dental on Wade Hampton blvd 2 years ago and had probably one of the worst experiences in my 28 years of existence . I was diagnosed with periodontal disease by aspen and charged close to 1500 for the one periodontal cleaning. Aspen sent me to 3 separate locations to get photos done , my gums looked at and had 2 separate hygienists work on my gums , which spanned over a 1 month period . First visit here I had complete dental photos taken , gum pockets measured and a complete treatment plan with appointment dates that worked perfectly with my schedule and transparent pricing with a complete breakdown within the hour. Turns out I only had a mild form of gingivitis , not periodontal disease!!. Leave it to Aspen to misdiagnose and mistreat their patients !! Lucky for me the next day a client after my scheduled appointment that morning had canceled so the dentist offered to go ahead and do my cleaning and polishing right away . This was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and is willing to explain things and what there doing step by step . Will always and definitely recommend them to everyone of all age groups ."

"I can't say enough great things about this office. Dental procedures for me are a scary thing due to many previous bad experiences. But Dr. Crisp and his team have changed that. He is so kind, compassionate, understanding, honest, and accommodating to my anxiety. The whole team is. Every single interaction I've had here has been so pleasant. Dr. Crisp takes the time to tell me what's going to happen, how he is going to do it, asks if I have any questions, and repeatedly checks to make sure I'm okay. You don't find that kind of attitude and service just anywhere. They have earned my trust and I will not go anywhere else for any dental needs. Thank you for being so amazing!!"
