Reviews
"BRENDA, the sales clerk tonight, was very condescending to me, and other customers in line. She was obviously in her own world, on her own time. Her checkout line went 10 deep. They finally opened another lane, because Brenda couldn't keep up. At 11:45 pm."
"Incompetent management = Incompetent employees = 40 minutes to a hour to pick up Rx in pharmacy drive through = Arguments with customers = Unacceptable!"
"Late night Rx pick up while out of town - very friendly. Pharmacist Phil was great!"
"Had to drop my prescription off and seen that there was a Lab Service in here. That was something new, the place was cleaned like always. They do have 2 Red Boxes Movies. I drop off my prescription came back in the drive Thur Lena was so patient answering questions she was also very very friendly."
"I called this location and was put on hold for 22 minutes on 11/5/19 around 3pm. At 330ish I decided to just drive down and talk to someone at the pharmacy. My 11yr old daughter needs 2 shots in order to start school (we just moved here less than a week ago). The earliest appt we could get with a doctor is mid December, and the Health Clinic doesn't take my insurance so it'd cost $250 for the 2 shots. The Health Clinic told me to go here and they'll do the shots with my insurance. Before calling or heading down to this Walgreens, I looked online for info. When I arrived, it wasn't really busy in there. The woman at the drop off window told me we needed a prescription. I said "It doesn't make sense to get a prescription when she can get the shots right there in a doctors office". She rechecked with someone else, came back and said the same thing. I told her that NOTHING on their website says kids need a prescription. She called over to someone else and said "You want to explain this to her?" like I'm stupid. I told her that I called to get info but you all had me on hold for 22 minutes, she made a nasty face at me with a head wobble and rolled her eyes. That is not customer service. You are supposed to apologize for it, not act like the customer is the problem. Since she wanted to give attitude, I gave it right back. My issue is NOT that my daughter couldn't get her shots or that she needs a prescription....my issue is that NOTHING on your site says you need a prescription for a minor. The fact that info isn't on your site and the fact that your staff had me on hold for 22 minutes...it wasted my time when I could have been looking elsewhere to get her shots done. Because of your staff acting unprofessional, I will make sure not to go to any Walgreens down here."
