"Horrible customer service … went to get money orders … from the beginning the young lady her name was jadaisha or however you would spell that gave me attitude and laughing and was on her phone ignoring my requests since I got into the store .. first by taking another customer while I’m asking her questions then misleading me when I asked her about money orders… when I finally realized I couldn’t get money orders in machine … I noti ed her shake her head with an tutti-frutti when I said excuse me and she ignored me until the point where I had to say it twice because she was laughing and on her phone intentionally ignoring me to the king. Of where I had to tell her about her self and her nasty attitude … So ghetto !!!"

"I usually prefer standalone CVS but this one in target is the best pharmacy I've ever used. They are fantastic and professional and treat you like a person not an insurance ATM. Highly recommend."
"Always marvelous and great service. There were only 2 people working today, and they were busy, but they still gave fast and courteous service."
"This is quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. I was prescribed one week's dose of a new medication for me to test out (to see if I need to increase or lower the dosage), and it took nearly three weeks to be filled after countless phone calls to CVS, my doctor, and my insurance company. Each one would tell me what to do and the other would throw up a roadblock. Basically, I was stuck in the middle. Of course, the pharmacist isn't in control of everything. I know that. But when I called to ask for assistance and get an opinion as to what I should do (after a dozen or so phone calls over the past 2 weeks), I was interrupted mid-sentence and given a firm lecture by a woman who didn't even tell me her name. When I first called, she answered and asked how she could help me. When I began to explain my (admittedly drawn out) situation, she cut me off and asked me for my name and info...as though the computer would tell her more about me and my situation than I could. When I was finally allowed to explain, I was treated with suspicion and a really nasty attitude. That is a very unfair thing to do to customers...especially when they provide a WRITTEN prescription from a highly credible doctor. I will be contacting my doctor tomorrow to deal with the issue, but I will never get another prescription filled at this CVS. Whoever that woman was, she should be fired. She should be advised that it's not just what you say but how you say it. I was perfectly kind and cordial and respectful. And then, she verbally attacked me, and I returned the favor. Disgusting."
