"Wouldnt recommend this store for sunglasses. I received a pair of riding glasses from my employees as a gift. They didnt fit under my helmet so I tried exchanging them. The woman behind the counter immediately stated that the glasses werent purchased at the store even though I had a gift receipt. The reason being the color of the lenses did not match the box. Then she accused me of swapping lenses. When I said they were a gift, she accused my employees of swapping lenses. Then she questioned me on why they wouldnt fit under my helmet since they were riding glasses? Just a bad experience overall with no customer support. I live in Westchester, I have no reason to drive to Long Island to scam an Oakley store. I understand policy but to insist that a customer is trying to scam you is not the way to do business. The glasses could have been in the wrong box and I only wanted an exchange, not a refund. In any case, I went and purchased a new helmet the glasses did fit under so this wonderful gift from my employees didnt go to waste! I will say that the young man working the counter was very nice, friendly and helpful. Im assuming the woman was the manager. Maybe she should take some notes from her employees."
