CVS Pharmacy

"My mother went to CVS on Savannah Hwy and tried to schedule an appointment for my 93-yr-old grandmother to get a vaccine but they refused to schedule an appointment for her in person and told her she must go online to schedule it. Neither my mother nor my grandmother have internet access or emails, so they are unable to do so. But CVS did not care and refused to help schedule an appointment for her. She had to find a family member to go online to schedule it for her. Poor quality service."

"Kept them as a pharmacy for way too long just due to location convenience, but it’s truly not worth it. Slow service served by rude people. Had one lady tell me they were closing for lunch in a few minutes so she couldn’t find my prescription until after they returned. Very few times have I been able to get my rx without some sort of issue. Avoid this cvs."

"Literally the SLOWEST drive through you will ever come across. Avoid!!!!!! I was third in line and it was 55 mins from start to when I drove off with my prescriptions. She told me the price and walked away and was no where to be seen for 15 mins. Absolutely AWFUL. People were leaving the line."

"This pharmacy is great. They greet you by name. They always have prescriptions ready for pick up and they call you if they have a concern about managing a new medicine. Open 24/7 ...it's a go to for little things in life that make it easier. Parking is adequate."
