"The pharmacist & techs are good, but it's the tools their given that get so few stars in this review. If I could pick apart my rating, I would give the actual Pharmacist 5 stars, the Techs would get 4 stars, & the walmart physical location & corporate management gets 0 stars. I stopped going to this pharmacy for my maintenance meds because of the way they treat their staff. These are medical professionals, not express line checkout. They want to help the patients, but are not given the time, nor tools to do so."

"4:41 minutes and they still didn't answer the phone. They have no record of my Rx number in the automated system despite imputing directly from the label. Made the drive over on a Saturday during normal posted pharmacy hours to handle the issue since they would not answer the phone & the pharmacy was closed. I've now been a week without my medication. My issue isn't with the pharmacist or the techs, I know they're busy. I feel their pain! My unsatisfactory rating is directed at corporate who will not supply the appropriate manpower to provide the level of service their volume of business requires. That is neglectful."
