"My order is never correct. And everytime I order coffee (EVERY SINGLE TIME) I have to pull forward. My average wait time for coffee is 23 minutes. FOR COFFEE? When my order is finally received, I have to go inside and let them know what they missed. My orders are never complicated. The inside is literally disgusting. You have roaches crawling across your counter... come on."

"Ordered at 9pm at Drive Thru...Frozen drinks. Paid and get up to the window and then tell us the drinks were not frozen, which if you go at night, it is absolutely horrible at the Barnwell Store!!!! We have had to go in there after parking for 20 minutes before just to tell us they are out of something!! Night crew is a joke!!! Night managers there are nasty!!!"
