"The owner is a bully who demands all your business or he will not manage the few policies you have with him. I awaited a call back for several days to start my new policy only to have him light me up for not bringing him all my business and then he refused to establish my new policy as the two policies I purchased through him were "a waste of his time". I told a few others of this only to hear they were treated the exact same way by his agency. Move to the next insurance agent unless you want to be harassed by an unprofessional service provider. Maybe try earning a person's business rather than demanding it. He did this from the start which was an immediate turn off and its only the inconvenience of switching insurance agents that kept me here as long as I have been. Save yourself the headache if you can and buy online. This policy he refused is now with USAA. I established a new policy in minutes myself online which I couldn't get done all week with him nor a few others I tried contacting! SMH!!!"
