"I signed cancellation paperwork on Homeowners policy over a month ago. Agent said he would send it in for my refund. I called after 30 days to see about my refund check. When I called back today receptionist said paperwork was buried on Chris Wynn's desk. She said it would be atleast another week and possibly they would request a copy of the closing statement to cancel coverage since it has been over 30 days... Worst service and excuse EVER !!!"
