"After waiting in line to just pick up for 30 mins I finally got up there and because they printed something wrong I had to go fix something at drop off then wait back in line for 30 mins. They are so so so rude here not a hey nothing RUDE! People are here to get medicine either sick or something that have to take medicine for having to wait in line then cherry on top your rude no thanks. I’ll be going to Publix from here on out. They great you like your there friend every day! CVS is going down hill fast! Workers look busy I get it but doesn’t get you the right to be rude"

"The pharmacy and pharmacist are rude disrespectful no smile I’m scared to take my medicine then the devil look like wishes specially the main pharmacy. If she’s rude disrespectful not help all. I watch a couple of times even with me I’m with other people and then after they leave, she makes a smart comments and talk bad about the patient behind soon as the behind our backs with associates this is a despicable place despicable pharmacies, the worst and the reason why."

"At cashier with " Cleara Guerrer" I was in line for a long time it was my turn and this cashier intentionally call the lady behind me, I told cashier it was my turn just a note both are African American the lady looked at me and state "ai am just grabbing something to pay quick and get out" I stated "Me too " both look down at me. I went to the supervisor and made a complain, I hope they do something about it. Supervisor said I will talk to her."

"This pharmacy is the best CVS I’ve ever been to. All of the staff listen to your needs, are very customer service oriented and they always have my prescriptions ready before the time they are scheduled for pickup. Kudos to the management for hiring such excellent staff. I will always go to this location for all of my pharmacy needs."
