"I placed an online order for my family, so it was a fairly large order, for pick up at 5:15 and waited until 5:45 before I went in to see what was taking so long. When I came in the employees were having their own conversations and didn’t even address me. When they did realize I was there, I asked about my curbside pickup and the cashier told me ,” oh, I didn’t even look”. She then handed me the order that had been sitting there for 30 minutes and I have a 30 minute drive to my home as well. By the time I got home everything was cold. This was absolutely horrible customer service and I would not recommend this location to anyone. We did a survey and heard nothing back about our experience."

"This place is always packed. The food is overall good and you get great deals if you have the app downloaded. The problem is the wait time and lack of conciseness in orders. Several times I have had careless errors made with my order."

"we’ve been here for over an hour and still waiting on our food. When we went up there to ask they were rude and yelled at us saying “ NO NO NO WE ARE BEHIND ON FOOD” pushing us away. They had a staff member walk out mid shift because the workers are rude and don’t know how to efficiently run a fast food restaurant. If this is what zaxbys has become then everyone needs to stand clear. I 100% do not recommend this place. Not to mention the tables are all filthy and filled with trash"

"I use curbside alot, sometimes I'm waiting for extra 15 mins and have to walk in to get my own order. This time it cane out fast, but I asked for light ice in my drink and the cup was loaded with ice almost to the top. Also all the time I ask for BBQ I still get zax sauce and ranch. So I check the bag on a regular. I felt like I would have been happier if I would have just went inside. No more curbside for me, bc I have to go inside everytime to fix the order but this time my drink wasn't right and I took two sips and it was gone, I paid to upgrade my drink only to get what I didn't ask for."

"First ! the line was all the way to road !!! I was in the line for 40 min !! 40 min .. and then when I finally order the person was taking my order had a nasty attitude!!! After that it still took 30 min to get my food !! And So now I got my food …. My food is dry and nasty !! I wasted $30 on food !! $30 on food . I would never come back , they lost a loyal customer!! I hope they get it together!!"
