"We went to get a quick lunch before our appointment nearby. They took our orders and names, and we waited for the food. It took about 25 minutes to get the food, so we had to go to our appointment before we ate lunch. Fire house subs are always good, so we enjoyed it cold. I will eat at Firehouse Subs again and often."

"Beyond impressed with this location today. Somehow the team at the Dorman Firehouse put together my unexpected large order for 41 people in an hour. I was in a pickle after another location wasn’t able to fill my group’s order, and Christina and her amazing team stepped up in a huge way to meet our needs. Besides the fact that the order was ready lightning fast and impeccably packaged for travel along with all the extras we could have needed, every part of the order was exactly right. That’s hard to do with a large order, but they pulled it off beautifully and graciously. I highly recommend Firehouse Dorman and am so grateful for their amazing service!"

"T-Mobile Deal brought me in but the App is horrible to use to place your order than wait 10+ minutes while the store has no one in line! App doesn’t let you change much so got mustard and mayonnaise on the side and deli mustard was a waste, and used less than 1/4 of the mayonnaise! Sandwich was good but not sure wasting time ordering in app was worth it and when my wife ordered it dropped her sub off and she had to reorder another item and sub again now she been waiting almost 25 minutes and still no food! I like T-Mobile but Firehouse dropped the ball!"
