Reviews of Domino's Pizza
"First time going to this Domino's location & I was happy with the food & the service. I placed my order online & I followed it on step of its process. I waited in line for less than 10 minutes for my order also. Girl at the window was helpful when my debit card wouldn't read & waited on me to get my money switched over to my other card. I will recommend this location to others based on my experience last night. Look forward to reading from there again."
"Placed a delivery order at 815pm to be delivered at 11:15pm. The order arrived at 12am. I called the store at 1138pm to see what happened. I was put on hold and she never came back on the phone. Then the store closed. When questioned the delivery said "I actually got here pretty quickly". And tracker quit working."
"My first visit to this location was earlier today.Overall, I was extremely alarmed by the fact that the employees at this store DO NOT wear gloves while preparing food. I tried not to make a big deal about it and asked a specific employee to make my food and please wear gloves. However, everyone in the store heard me ask him. 20 minutes later I physically WATCHED another employee (not wearing gloves) box my food and move the container that my pasta was in with her bare hand. I politely asked who made the food, and was just told that the gentleman that I asked to make it made it. I was so irritated I just took the food and walked out. The moral of the story is: IDC what role in preparing food you have, you should wear gloves. I'm highly disappointed, mainly because I asked nicely and was dismissed and the employee without gloves didn't even bother to rectify the issue even after she heard me ask her co-worker. Never going back to this location."
"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your establishment during our recent pizza order. We placed an order over two hours and 30 minutes ago, and despite numerous attempts to contact the store, the delivery has not yet arrived. This delay has inconvenienced us significantly, especially as we have guests waiting at our home. Upon finally reaching the store after a 15-minute wait on phone, we were met with an unacceptably rude attitude from Amanda, who identified herself as the manager. Her behavior was entirely unprofessional and marred what should have been a straightforward customer interaction. Considering the extensive delay, coupled with Amanda's discourteous conduct, we find this experience utterly unacceptable. We kindly request a prompt refund for our order and insist that Domino's take immediate and strict action against Amanda for her lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service. Also I specifically requested a vegetable pizza with certain omissions, including olives, tomatoes, spinach, and other items. Unfortunately, upon receiving the order, I found that all the requested modifications were not implemented, and the pizza still contained the omitted ingredients. I understand that errors can occur, and I appreciate your attention to rectifying this matter. I kindly request that you ensure future orders adhere to the specified customization to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain the high standards expected from Domino's. We kindly refund For our order."
"Ordered two pizzas for my team for lunch. Took a long time to get it. Pizzas were not sliced. Called back to get a refund and have them come get the bad pizzas. She put me on hold forever. Finally got the driver. He stated they were going to remake the order. Did not get a remake order. Called back. Must have my number blocked. Called headquarters. Problem still not resolved. Called the bank having the charges disputed. Dominos was my go to pizza. Never again. Guess I will start doing Papa John's. Stay away from the Church Street site."
