My hygienist was excellent at explaining everything in detail so I always knew what was happening and why. She walked me through each step of the examination, explaining the procedures and equipment thoroughly. I never felt confused or in the dark. They also took time to go over all my treatment options. She listened to my concerns about costs and helped find solutions that fit my budget. I really appreciated that they work with patients to prioritize dental care while respecting financial limitations. The dentist and office staff were just as communicative and understanding.
