Burger King

"The last time I was in about six months ago, there were employees arguing, a manager bad mouthing employees, employees smoking by the front door in front of customers, a manager walking out to her car in the handicapped spot (no plate, no placard) to make a cellphone call….it was bad…and so was the food. I decided to give them a second chance today and it wasn’t any better. They were slow and I was the only customer in at 2:30pm. Soon as she took my order, the cashier went out for a smoke break by the door (where they keep a gross ashtray). When she was done, she came right back in and stood expressionless behind the register…never even thought to wash her hands. Then one of the cooks left and did the exact same thing. Followed by the drive-thru attendant. The food was marginal at best. The fries were somewhat warm, the burger was barely warm and the melty cheese was not very “melty”. It was fast, I’ll give them that, but it was barely food. Just as gross and bleh as last time. I gave them a second chance but I won’t be back to give them a third. Hard pass, I cannot recommend them at all. Yuck!"

"This is the third time between my husband and I we have shown up right after 6 am around 6:10,6:15 and they will not come to the drive through and keep the doors locked. I knocked on the window and they did not even turn around. Continued on their phones etc. absolutely ridiculous. Laziness. If you open at 6 am, you should be ready to serve at that time. The last few times we have been over the last 2/3 months our order has been completely wrong. The culture here is so lazy compared to every other drive thru in hartwell. Someone needs to hire an entire new set of employees."

"Ordered at Drive-thru. I Placed order and had to wait maybe 5 min. for my food. The fries and chicken nuggets hot and not dried out and the whopper also fresh. I don't care to wait if my food is fresh... unlike another fast food place where you wait but food is not hot,not fresh and often order not right."

"I ordered drivethrough all the time here bcuz i love Burger King, but 10 out of 10, the drive through was always supper slow. Some time we ordered breakfast and got it by lunch time. They always made us drive forward at to avoid staying at the drive through window too long. I guess there might a timer at the window to gauge how fast they are working. I just got my food after a 30 minutes wait, i think this is the last time i ever order here."
