"The food is always great. We always order specialty orders and call it in. Very disappointed on how the employees handled tonight. I live 25 minutes away from little caesars and I always call ahead so I don't have to wait that long when I pickup my order. I called and an employee picked up the phone and didn't say a single word. Not even a "little caesars, please hold". Very poor customer service. When I tried to call back a few minutes later, the phone was off the hook. I get that it sometimes gets busy. I've worked in the food industry before. However, that is very poor customer service!!!!"

"I'm never going to do anymore business with this Little Caesars. It's always something with them! However, this time, It was 7:00pm when I placed my order online, I live about 25 minutes away, and when I went in to check to see if it was ready they said it was in progress, so I stepped outside. A few minutes later I was told that they were completely out of thin crust, and did I want to switch it to a extra most bestest. I knew I didn't want to do that so I asked her if I could get a refund on that pizza. And she said she thinks she could cancel it on her side. I called my wife explained the situation and we agreed to still get the rest of our order and just have them cancel the thin crust. The employee asked me what I decided to do, and I said, "just cancel the thin crust and we will get the rest." Then she said that she couldn't do that, and the only option they were offering me for a mess up on their end was to switch it to to a cheaper extra most bestest. This upset me pretty good. I told them to just cancel the whole order! Because I have talked to the GM of this store more than once, they have usually made it right on another day however that doesn't fix the "what do you want to eat" problems of tonight. So, just like last time we ended up at domino's and I guess it will be our first call from here on out."
