She quickly took a look at other discounts, and the final cost for my prescription was $27.28!. Thank you, Kroger Pharmacy! And a huge shout out to Renee--You truly are AWSOME!."

"They continually make me pay out of pocket on full Medicaid saying I have Medicaid and a paid marketplace policy… even with proof from the state agency AND marketplace offices saying that I do not have two policies. Now they’re trying to do the same with my newborns policy. I’m on disability leave and very negative in the bank because of late disability payments. My newborn needs this medicine for health issues and this person really just took my child’s insurance card with all of the info on it and said “sorry, I can’t find the policy.” This is one of a handful Of times they’ve pulled this very stunt with us. I’m switching pharmacies and will t everyone I know that uses them to do the same. I’m livid."
