"Been calling all day for a few days and no one answers and then they hang up after a while on hold. Trying to ask if my mother's LIFE depending medication is in stock. This is how you treat veterans. Ridiculous."
"Getting help is impossible. No one answers the phone and I get the run around when I drive from far away to this location. When I come back a few days later I'm told that nothing was done and have to come back again. I've had over two hours of drive time now and still have not had my issue resolved."
"If outside prescriptions are called in or sent via computer, they say they never get them, baloney! Suggest you bring in the prescription early, leave it with a pink card, go take care of other business and come back later or even next day to pick up the prescription. Though had better luck with called in refills."
"My wife had a prescription sent in via computer from outside doctor. The lady at window 3 stated it is not in the system. That is fine but when my wife asked what she needs to do the lady was very rude and unfriendly. This was on 07/09/19. Sad people have to act this way. They have to realize elderly folks have a hard time figuring out this age of technology. I feel a little elderly training for the staff should be implemented."
"Today my daughter had a new prescription that had was sent in by her doctor. She was called at 5:40, (at counter #5, by male), after receiving her identification he lied and said she didn't have a prescription in the system. She told him what it was for (he never touched his keyboard) and then he stated he saw it. It was 20 minutes left before the pharmacy closed. He then lied again and said he didn't have enough time to fill a prescription for 30 pills!!! I've used this pharmacy for the last 6 years and have come in 10 minutes before closing and had 7 prescriptions filled each time with no problem. He lied and responded as if he was insinuating that she somehow falsified the darn prescription. I'm extremely dissatisfied and will be filling a formal complaint."
