"If I could give them 0 star, I would. From the front office to the dentist herself, are the most incompetent medical “professionals” I’ve ever encountered in my life. Awful bedside manner, loves to get $$$ from you, but would NOT answer any questions nor will fix what they guarantee (in house crown). They have 1 hygienist that is absolutely amazing but other than her, the entire staff including the owner/dentist are absolutely terrible."
"If I could rate it with negative stars I would. First appointment was scheduled and I was not told about doing anything online. I was a few minutes short of calling back within the 24 hour time limit to get my appointment confirmed and it was canceled anyway. So I set up another one for today.....I was never called or messaged in anyway form to confirm today's appointment and I called to see if I even still had an appointment...nope... I need a whole mouth full of teeth and I was going to pay out of pocket because my insurance doesn't cover everything. So I guess these people in the office don't like to make a paycheck with actual work they just want to be rude and not do anything for a paycheck. Don't go to them all the google reviews speak for themselves."
"If I could rate a negative number for this I would. This place has caused my mom so many problems with her teeth. What should've been done in maybe a month or 2 at most has turned into 7 months and she still can't eat. She's lost over 30 lbs and has been in icu twice since having her upper teeth removed. She's elderly and this is unacceptable. The first referral they gave us put us on a 3 month waiting time just to be told her insurance wasn't covered the day of the appointment."
"Another pleasant routine visit! Myself and family have been coming here for the last few years, and are always greeted with smiles. The entire staff are always moving in a professional manner, and the office always clean! Highly recommended!"
"The front desk clerks are very unprofessional! I was scheduled for a emergency appointment as a new patient and was asked to arrive early to complete New patient registration. I arrived an hour early to insure that I would be seen at the scheduled time. 15 minutes AFTER my scheduled time I was asked to complete the paperwork!!! That was very detailed and would have taken another 15 - 20 minutes to complete. With that being said, if you want to waste valuable time and still not receive service I would recommend this office."
