I must say that this office is top notch, and the reviews are accurate! The staff is simply phenomenal. I went in for a consultation and was able to get a cleaning while there. I came back to get work done and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had with such an anxiety filled event. I’m always nervous when it comes to dentistry work, but I felt comfortable and relaxed being that Dr. Campbell was able to have empathy as he was once in my shoes. "I want to express how unnerving it is for me to go to the dentist in general. I have delayed returning to any practitioner for years, simply due to the amount of stress. I can confidently say that Palmetto Smiles is the kindest and most caring dental facility I have ever went to. "I have had the best experience coming here. I’m someone who has hated the dentist all 30 years of my life. But that all changed coming to Palmetto Smiles! Every staff member I’ve encountered here has been so friendly. I feel like I’ve known them forever. Amy at the front desk is so kind and helpful. The hygienist makes the appointment feel like it flies by. The cleaning was painless, and the office does not have that usual dentist smell (you know what I’m talking about), so I don’t leave there with a headache or in any discomfort. Dr. Campbell is also fantastic and easy to talk to about any concerns. 10/10 best dentist I’ve ever been to."
