"I am in absolute LOVE with SweeetGrass Dental. And here's why... . I came across SweetGrass Dental after my dentist of 33 years retired. Yes; I know that's a long time. I am a person who loves going to the dentist and having to find a new one was a lot for me. I am NOT a fan of change. Even though I was nervous I must say they are AMAZING and I have found a new dental practice to call my own. THE OFFICE The office is decorated nicely and calm; but doesn't feel sterile. Every space I entered was cleaned and when moving from the exam room to x-ray room and back; my dental hygienist was sanitizing along the way. This of course is important in any medical practice. Also, when you walk in they're playing Blackish and that was a nice welcome to the normal HGTV you normally get. THE STAFF As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Literally felt like a hug. Every single person welcomed me to the office and it felt authentic. For me, it's not just care; but I need to feel as though I am not just another person; but they want relationship. This is something I had with my old dentist and I am glad I found it here. THE CARE My hygienist (my apologies for not remembering your name. I will get it); was AMAZING. She listened to everything I had to say and did an amazing job on reviewing the x-rays with me and going over my previous work. Since this was my first appointment they did a very thorough exam to make sure they understood any work you had previously to ensure that they knew what was going on with your mouth so they can better serve you. The cleaning was so good and it didn't hurt at all; which was a sign that she knew what she was doing. And of course after my teeth felt squeaky clean. I also loved the fact that we could chat like girlfriends and get in a good keekee. The RELATIONSHIP BUILDING is unmatched. When meeting with Dr. Mitchell he was equally as warm and asked several times if I understood what he was going over and if I had any questions or concerns. Very down to earth. They also do Invisalign and he took the time to explain the process and why he chooses the method he does. I thought they fact he offered that tidbit without me asking was great. I also, went over the payment information for the Invisalign (names, gah, sorry) and she was just as sweet. Like instant family; but everyone was still professional. I think it is so important for businesses, especially in the medical profession to get this right. Once I find a fit I stay with that person because I need to feel that they are invested in me as I am in them. YOU GET THAT HERE! BLACK OWNED Now this may not be a big deal to some; but this is a black owned practice and from what I could see the staff is all black as well. The warm smiles that feel like hugs, the easy conversation and the care. And the entire staff is absolutely beautiful. I was like YASSSSSSSSSSSSS! Also, don't worry the practice had people of all ages, genders and races in the office during my visit and they ALL appeared satisfied with their services. I am sure they received the same love and care I did. I just need to point out that these beautiful, beautiful black men and women are doing their thing! You all are mine now! Keep up the amazing work!"

"I truly enjoyed my first cleaning with this office. Dr. Mitchell and his staff were incredible. As soon as I walked through the door, the receptionist was greeting me and assisting me with my paperwork. I was escorted back by one of the dental hygienist, who proceeded to do my x-rays. They had all state of the art equipment and a comfortable office. Dr. Mitchell was thorough in his examination and provided answers and details that previous dentists had not shared.
