"Ms. Diane at the drive thru was the sweetest person ever. She was so kind even with them being super busy. I've had my issues in the past with Bojangles but because of her I will definitely be back. If you read this Thank you again for all of your help and for keeping my card safe while I came back!"

"Was not able to purchase my steak biscuit was told at the window they needed the exact money that they had no change. I’m done will not go back just one of the many issues I’ve had with Hartwell Bojangles. Going to tell one person everyday for the rest of my life. Really no need most people already know, but I’m going to anyway."

"Ordered 4 biscuits that were supposed to be 2 for $4, and 3 drinks. we were told the wrong price. When we questioned it, the guy at cook top said calm down. The staff has little regard for customer service. The woman at window taking orders and payment appeared clueless. We asked for a receipt and were given the wrong one. When we asked for ours and drove off we found we were still charged the wrong amount. Won't be going back, not worth the hassle."

"I worked here for about 2 hours back in 2017, before quitting due to the way I was being treated (I feel it was partially because I was the only person there without a southern accent) and seeing how the food was prepared and what the biscuits were made of made it so I knew eating there would not do my body any favors. My paycheck was mailed to the address I stayed at and my ex boyfriend's mother decided to burn it and when I tried contacting Bojangles to explain I never got my paycheck, nobody ever helped me with anything. That in particular is the main reason why I'm giving it a 1-star rating, and the day I receive help from Bojangles to get back my $20 paycheck that was stolen from me and destroyed by Emily Shaver, the owner of the carwash in the same area, will be the day I consider changing my rating."

"Pitiful service. Drive thru was backed up around to the street so we went inside . Waited and waited . Only person in line wanted to pay cash in front of us, clerk said exact change only. She left. We paid by card and waited at least 15 minutes to get our order . Back area at the work station was not being cleaned after each order was wrapped. There were no napkins out in the dining area, no bathroom paper, the glass covering the food at the counter was not clean. We visit this area a lot and this was the first and last time at this location."
