"I went thru the drive thru in Banks Crossing and requested pulling up to the window and ordering because I had several questions. The girl on the speaker was VERY RUDE and told me I could NOT order at the window and when I asked her why not, her response was, "Well what makes you so special that you need to order at the window? The window is to pay for and get your food ONLY!" I drove off and went to the Cornelia (20 miles away) store where I had NO PROBLEM ordering at the window!!"

"I came here with a van full of students (like 7 students) I ordered ahead of time on the app to pick up inside, whereas my classmates ordered in person. The people working inside were very nice! I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and a sour cream and chives baked potato. At first, the bag did not have the sour cream in it, but I went up and asked for it and got it with no issue. They were able to get out all of our orders within 10 minutes, which was incredibly impressive. The food was hot and delicious, as I expected it to be. This was a nice experience!"

"Placed delivery for a DoorDash order, food was done in no time, waited two hours until we decided to just go pick it up told the lady through the drive through we were here to pick it up she proceeded to tell us to pull up to the window as we watched the employees play around, play with a rubber glove and not communicate anything about our order. Then after 15 minutes of waiting they come to the window again and ask what the name was and then we get the food which was already cold by that time. Asked for honey mustard, didn’t get that… Usually never have a problem with this Wendy’s until tonight.."

"Ordered a #1 single only thing on it was 2 pieces of cheese and meat wasn't aware you had to tell them how to do their job. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes after she asked for a moment. Ridiculous. I don't see how they are still in business with this many bad reviews. New crew or shut down simple"
