"They're doing their best. It's a very busy location and staffing such a place is not easy. They have a new manager who just started a couple weeks ago, she is trying very hard to get things reformed and crew members hired and trained properly. We must be patient as they go through changes to make our experiences better. The staff are very kind and will do what they can to make things right. There might be a terrible wait at times, and as any McDonald's there may be small disappointments in the food. They will fix it, just ask nicely. They may even comp something out of compassion. Stay kind, my friends. This location is one of the very few that have a PlayPlace, which I truly appreciate immensely. It's a fun place to be."

"Only writing this review because this is the 3rd time in a row (in a timeframe of 2 months) I have been to this McDonald’s and they have forgotten something. Not little things like messing up a size or forgetting sauces, but forgetting full meals on two different occasions and a forgetting a side on the other trip. Save yourself some money and go to the west Union one, hopefully they’re not stealing from their customers there. This is the first time I have ever wrote a review for anywhere so that should tell you how bad this is. Btw these items are on the receipt so we are paying for them. Most recent trip below where they forgot our 10 piece."

"Ordered doordash, received an oatmeal that wasn’t even COOKED! Each time I go in person, I wait AT LEAST 20 minutes. The managers at night don’t make the workers work. I would rather drive to Clemson. This McDonald’s is trash. They should shut it down."

"Ordered a large fry and a mcrib with no onion or pickles meal and 2 frozen cokes was sent to lane 3 to wait waited 25 min called to ask if they forgot about us out there they said no it takes a few min to cook a mcrib 10 min later they brought it out and it was raining also and I had slippers on so I wasn’t going in here’s what the mcrib looked like no barbecue sauce ! A McRib with no barbecue sauce This happens all the time getting the order wrong my last trip to this McDonalds"

"despite the service being decent it was still a poor job considering…. when you aren’t busy everything should be cool to order my meat tasted like it was sitting for over an hour it was tough so I turned around to ask for it fresh and all they did was take old pattie’s and throw them back on some heat. little so they know I worked at mcdonald’s for 4 years seneca west union clemson walmart one as well before there was not one so u know how it works I know the sounds I know the taste what the food looks like. i’m very disappointed and if james was still the owner he would be pissed. and I don’t know the new owner personally but I know he is going to be pissed as well because that is absurd. you have 5 cars come through in the hour everything should be cooked to order stop being lazy this is your job. if you don’t like it find another one. the meat was cold the cheese wasn’t covered up it was just bad the cook needs to find a new job and the manager should know better"
