"So I did my order on the app, and when I get there and go to the counter I tap the "Im here" button. They asked me why I was here I told them I had a in-app order. I was informed they didnt have it. Then there computer dinged, and they said there it is. So, apparently it does not put the order in until you hit "Im here" button. So I would waste your time with the app, it will not save you any time"

"Chicken subs had very little mayo, which made them pretty dry, initially I was going to drive through which was a long wait so I decided to park and go in thinking that would be faster but that was slow also it took 15 minutes for me to get my order"

"The boy at the window asked me to pay for the car behind me, was the custom all day. There was no car behind me. Nobody paid for MY order. The manager needs to get his drive thru up to par with better people. He was rude and impatient."
