"My Mom and his husband came there on a Sunday(last Sunday). They waited to be seated for about 10 minutes. One employee notices them but still decided not to sit them. They decided to go somewhere else but they really want some ihop. IHOP do better."

"I’m not one to ever talk about service or give bad reviews on anyone’s establishment…….but I made a to-go order literally nothing came out as I ordered. I had ordered a chicken and waffle meal… I got chicken tenders on top of a waffle with some type of sauce on the chicken (sauce wasn’t even recognizable at all!). Gravy for my gravy biscuit tasted nothing like gravy. In conclusion terrible experience all together. Again I never give reviews on anything but this was the worst experience I ever had.."

"The service was below horrible. So NO Stars for the service. I had to tell two different servers my order after they brought the wrong item. And both were clueless and stood around at the kitchen. My drink was never refilled after asking several times. I do not work in the service industry, but this is beyond pitiful for IHOP on any customer service level. It was like being at a cheap circus. And I saw many orders being messed up and long waits on others. The best was the pancakes."

"We got good customer service! Great waitress! Also, hubby got chicken & waffles. I got the pancake sampler platter. It had pancakes,scrambled eggs, bacon,ham & hasbrowns. U can substitute the meat."
