Walmart Pharmacy

"I have been going to this pharmacy since they opened. I love all the staff, they are great! I have never had a problem with any of them. The pharmacist are great also and always talk to me about how to use my drugs properly. I can not name names because I would forget someone but, they are all wonderful."

"Bob, the so called lead pharmacist is borderline psychotic...Classic authoritarian personality disorder. This man is unpredictable, and can turn on you with unabashed belligerence. His loud and confrontational demeanor completely dominates the staff there. The problem for a consumer comes when he juxtaposes his delusional dominance on you, suddenly...and without warning. One initially meets the "good Bob," congenial and somewhat charming. This illusion eventually devolves into a capricious , moody and confrontational jerk. How such a caustic individual in charge of dealing with the public has such a job in the first place, speaks volumes about the systemic contemptuous attitudes of the corporation writ large. Do yourself a favor...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."

"First off it was near closing time on a busy Saturday for this Pharmacy crew. There has been an issue with my son's RX Insurance for the last 3 prescriptions. Not only did Ms Renea and I believe his name was Bobby get it figured out they went above and beyond and fixed the previous 2. That entire crew four of them Ms Renea, Mr Bobby, Dr Bob and the other fine lady with short gray hair (sorry I didn't get her name) that worked Saturday November 12 are incredibly awesome. We as customers and Walmart are extremely lucky to have them. I sincerely thank you."

"I don't usually get groceries from Walmart but today I needed to use their pharmacy so this morning I figured I'd place a grocery order and get everything in the same place. By 5pm (my order pickup time) there were tornado warnings and the whole upstate was shrouded in a torrential downpour. The pharmacy staff put up a sign that read "Closed Due to Tornado Warning" so I couldn't get my prescriptions, but the rest of the store was still fully open, with curbside pickup employees being literally drenched head to toe to bring people their orders. I wish I could've tipped them all and I hope they were getting hazard pay. I definitely won't get my groceries or my prescriptions at Walmart again because it doesn't sit right with me that they had curbside (and other) employees working in that weather but pharmacy employees got to go home. But I have to applaud the employees who were there working in the weather today. The 5 stars is for them, not Walmart."
