"The people work very hard here but the management are obviously inept. There isn’t enough help to deal with customer flow. Gets worse every visit. A shame as 2 years ago it was very efficient."

"I came here for my mandatory yearly flu shot. I hate getting them! When the pharmacist came out, this melanated baby girl looked 16! I just knew she wouldn’t know what she was doing or cause undo pain. Nope! Shamal was amazing! She was prepared, courteous, gentle, kind and FAST! Kudos!! Checking in was organized. I did not have to fill out a lot of unnecessary forms either. The only reason why I took off when star is because I had to wait a long time for her to see me. Despite the wait time, and considering that I came during lunchtime, I am happy with my experience! Angie"

"Takes forever to get someone on the phone. You don't even talk to someone in the actual pharmacy. What is the point to talk to someone at a call center? That is outrageous and ridiculous! I was supposed to be contacted about a prescription 2 days ago! Get someone on the phone so that I can transfer my medicine else where!!!!!!"

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. They do not have any structure nor do they know anything about time management. I came to this Walgreens at 330. She told me to come back in 15 minutes it will be ready . I came back at 445. My prescription was still not ready. I did not leave there until 5:47. I was late picking up my child from daycare. They were telling everyone in the drive thru window to come inside it will only take 5 minutes.just for them to have one prescription ready for me. I waited at the register for another 10 minutes because the doctor still didn’t check over my prescription. The line was twice as long and they were making people that were clearly sick with appointments to wait in the back of the line. Some of the women were really rude one girl was really nice. They really need to learn better customers. This was unacceptable and something needs to be done."

"Only 2 bad experiences at a pharmacy in my life and this one was the worst. My husband and I work out of town so he called to make sure it was filled and ready before I drove 2 hours to pick it up for him. He was told it was ready to be picked up. When I was called up, I gave the associate my husband's name. They couldn't find it. After searching, they said it was put back into stock because nobody picked it up. I let them know it was just filled on this day and he was told 2 hours before I arrived that it was ready. The associate apologized and said it would be 30 to 45 minutes. 2 other people in front of me had been waiting a long time and decided to ask if theirs was ready only to be told it was out of stock. They both left upset. They sat and waited for nothing ( 1 person 45 minutes). 45 minutes later I walk up and ask if my husband's is ready. They looked up this name and said no. I asked how much longer because I have a long drive. They said they didn't know but they guess they can ask. They came back and said the information didn't match the doctor. Then said the insurance doesn't cover it. I told them we know. We always pay. They said we can try and call the doctor. I explained that now it's after 5pm the office is closed. I called my husband and he called the Manager. It was confirmed that it was initially filled and they were confused why it was missing but they would refill it. I already started back home and planned on driving back in the morning. My husband called to make sure it would be ready. He sat on hold for 30 minutes only to be hung up on. We both called from our phones and sat on hold never talked to one person for 45 minutes. I finally called and requested the store manager ( not the pharmacy manager) and finally he spoke with a human. Prescription not filled. We have been using a different Walgreen's and they have been amazing the 3 years we were going. Never an issue, same doctor same script. My biggest issues, not one person out of a whole crew came up and told any of us waiting for so long that the scripts could not be filled. They let us sit there quietly waiting. So disappointed beyond belief."
