"Poor customer service . Lacks compassion. Only there to protect themselves from payouts. Make every opportunity to prolong any payout. They expect the person who has a claim that was not a fault do all the leg work ,from contacting police for police report to contact Towing to removing tags from vehicle ,etc. Complete run around from one agent to another. When finally a payout has been given , one might rather just take the slap in the face and spit upon as one is treated just as if they are the scum of the earth to this agency."

"Terrible experience so far. One of their drivers was drunk driving and backing up on a four lane street. They hit me & when I tried to file a claim Heather Zaias (new claims agent) gave me the wrong information TWICE. Then argued with me on the phone as if she was a lawyer. Extremely rude. I’m glad my insurance company doesn’t treat people this way. Since I can’t reply to your year late comment , if it’s that hard maybe you’re in the wrong business."

"WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I was T-Boned by one of their insured. They took almost a month to tell me my car was totaled then came out with an over a week later that was HALF of the cars value. It took them 2 more weeks to come back with another offer. Jill never picks up the phone and has her receptionist try to give updates for her. They communicate between each other instead of getting it straight from the source. Then it took 2 months for them to pay for missed work. Then when you email for updates they get mad and tell you not to email them anymore they will contact you for anything else they need. It took 3 weeks for them to mail checks after we settled. If you have to deal with this company, you’re going to have to pay whether you’re insured through them or not."
