"I don’t have enough space in this review to say how I feel about Dr Velez! Such a loving Doctor! I have had 3-4 procedures done by Dr Velez, and everytime is top notch care! His bedside manners are over the top. He and his wife are god sent angels from heaven to do this service of work! I have never been so comfortable speaking with a doctor/dentist as I can with Dr Velez. There is no white coat syndrome! He treats everyone as if you were his best friend. His knowledge and expertise is far beyond his years and he will make sure you are taken care of before you leave. His staff is excellent, curtious, knowledgeable, and always smiling to keep you comfortable and relaxed during your visit. I am the most anxious person when it comes to dental appts, but as always, Dr Velez immediately eases that and puts me in a comfort zone of knowing I’m in a good place. Thank you Dr Velez for all your work and thanks to your staff! You are truly an amazing person. From my family to yours, lots of love."

"Do not get work done at this office!!! I had a root canal done on February 17 2022 as a self pay patient. I paid well over $1000 for one tooth. I called the office back after about three months because the tooth, that was supposed to be dead was still giving me pain. Dr Velez had me to come back in to re check it and said it looked fine. Fast forward 10 months later I’m still having issues with the tooth. I called the office today stressing to his front desk that I was still in pain. I was told by his staff that they did have an appointment available for another two and a half months. I was also told I would have to set up another consultation to even be seen by him, mind you a consult is about $200. I do not think that make any sense when the services were rendered by his office, and you pay upfront before seeing him. I’ve had nothing but issues since day one. This office has no consideration for their patients or patients needs. It’s all about Money with this office!! I would not recommend or refer to them!! I would not rate a star if it was possible.Look the other way!! Katrina Key"

"The first thing I noticed when I walked into Dr. Velez's office was a calming atmosphere, and the staff was very warm and gracious. Then, when I met with Dr. Velez, I was so impressed with his caring & calming personality. I noticed that I was gradually feeling at peace instead of apprehensive about my root canal that day. He took a good amount of time to ask questions, explained the procedure then made sure all my questions were answered. I felt completely confident in Dr. Velez as he proceeded to do a perfect job. He communicated often & made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He was very professional & I feel he's so very good at what he does. It's rare when you can feel completely comfortable & confident in a dental chair! I'm so grateful to Dr. Velez & his staff for making my experience such a positive one. You guys are fantastic! "I highly recommend Dr. Velez!! I had a root canal and it was my 1st time. I was very nervous because I have never heard positive comments about root canals. I must say that I had no pain or discomfort at all during my procedure. During my consultation he and his staff was very welcoming and informative about everything from payment to the procedure. Even though this was a very intense procedure, it was the best experience I ever had with my oral care. Dr. Velez and his assistant were very attentive during the procedure and always notified me at different times what has already been done and what was next. For my recovery, I am on no pain or discomfort. Dr. Velez and his assistant did tell me what to expect during recovery and explained what I needed to do to take care of my tooth after the procedure. I even received a phone call from Dr. Velez after the procedure to make sure everything was going ok. Not many doctors do this and this gives me a great impression of the fact Dr. Velez cares about his patients!!"
