"I was a patient there for almost five years. Two out of three of my last cleanings they were very late…20 plus minutes. The last time was over 30min. I told them I had to leave as I had another appointment and I would call to reschedule. When I called they said the next appointment was seven months out. So, I miss my appointment because they are late, then its seven months to get back in? Nope, looking for a new dentist."

"Scheduling was not satisfactory. Jan 2023 had to cancel due to contracting Covid. Made new appt for earliest date available - for Jul 23. In July was told I didn’t have an appt and had to wait until Jan 24. Now a cavity developed that requires crown. Would have been nice to catch much earlier."
