"I had a good cleaning and x-ray appointment a few weeks ago. The x-ray tech and hygienist were very professional. They found a small cavity and I went ahead and scheduled to have it filled at that time. My appointment was at 9 am today, 2.13.24. I get a call at 8:12am, as I am literally getting ready to walk out the door, that they need to reschedule. The reason being the doctor is not in today. I understand things come up. We are all human and have personal lives. And an apology is nice and expected but should I not get some sort of discount for MY inconvenience. I didn't go to a networking business breakfast meeting this morning because I was concerned I would not be able to brush my teeth before my dental appointment as well as not being able to get to my dental appointment from downtown Columbia to Lexington in time. But all I got a young female with no compassion in her voice telling me over and over "I'm sorry.""

"I went in prior to the Christmas Holiday because I had a broken tooth on a partial... Madison was so kind and went immediately to see the tech, Tommy and he said yes, no problem they could get it fixed right away. I picked it up several hours later. I returned a week and a half later to get a newer partial adjusted that I had never worn due to it not fitting correctly. Nigeria made a few adjustments , and made it more comfortable, Dr. J came in and was not happy with how the newer one fit and looked , so they determined they would start All over. Obviously , he wasn't here when the last one was made and stood behind their workmanship and wanted to make it right. I came in today to get wax fitted with KP and great customer service. I couldn't be happier with the service and the Excellent care I was given Thank you Madison, Tommy, Nigeria, KP and Dr. Jimenez- y'all rock."
