"his review is in reference to the James Island Maybank highway location. First the waiter 1* bldg was cold, the bathrooms are terrible, they need to use the bowl brush that they have there, and this was the beginning of service for the day, so no chance of saying it was from earlier. Now the food, if that what it is called, hamburger bun, right out the kitchen cold, mushrooms on burger cold, the meat, luke warm , the fries well, they are fries. The fish frozen and not fully cooked (frozen battered) told the waiter did he apologize, nope, that so what you want me to do look. very nonchalant, maybe he has another job, because a waiter shouldn't be his job ( I didn't get his name, because he never gave one, and it is not on the receipt) even he had on a jacket, should have been first sign to leave, but we stayed. Made it through, hopefully we will not be sick from this mediocre food. The good reviews, must be friends, or maybe based on Mt Pleasant location. would be a nice pool hall and beer drinking, but, don't waste your money on the food!!!! Oh my friend told the waiter, not to add a tip to the bill because she was going to do it in cash. when we looked at the receipt he tipped himself $8.73 for the 38.00 meal, go to chic fil la, McDonald's, anywhere else but here. I couldn't wait to write this, and will place it on all social media, so the owners can do better. Hopefully, I am not the only person who has given reviews of this nature. Belief it!!!!!!"

"Cool pub with a good vibe. Only 2 stars because we were not pleased with the food. I got the prime rib sandwich. The toasted loaf it came on was delicious but the prime rib was tough and way too fatty so basically I had a toasted lettuce, tomato and onion sandwich with really yummy horseradish cream and tots for $18. My hubby had fish and chips which he said was decent but a small portion for $17."
