"A great place to work out and socialize."
"Great atmosphere for you or you and your family. Friendly helpful staff. Lots of options for fitness and fun!"
"Great Customer Service, Family/Kid Friendly, do everything to make your visit pleasant & as you expect. All friendly & kind faces. No matter which part you go to whether in to go to the gym or basketball court, other areas in that building, or the pool, always kind, friendly, & do whatever is needed to make your stay pleasant! Highly recommend! Worth every dollar to go!"
"So disappointed. The YMCA is truly not what it used to be when I worked there. My sister, sister in law, her friends, and children, including my son, went to the YMCA to swim 7/17/23, and given it was their first time visiting the pool as I just created my membership a few weeks ago with my sister in law included, they were not aware of the rules and how they could only bring a certain amount of guests with them. No issues at all with enforcing rules, I completely understand that there are rules everywhere and we have no problem in obeying them but what really disappointed me is that Cayley (it is probably spelled differently, I apologize), was EXTREMELY rude to those mentioned above. She was rolling her eyes, “huffing and puffing”, and went as far as snatching money from my sister’s hand. I did what I thought was the correct thing to do and called the YMCA to speak to Scott, the manager. I received a call back from him after hours of waiting on a call, in which I expressed myself to him, & rather than receiving an apology, which is all I wanted, he gave me a million excuses and even went on to say that the employee had never gotten an attitude while he was around (ofc she hasn’t, why would she have an attitude around her manager??). I even told him to check out the camera, because although they don’t have sound (which is what he told me), he can still see that money was snatched from my sister’s hand. He went on to say that it is hard to see expressions on camera, but how can he say that without even trying first? Completely unacceptable. Although he believes his employees over his customers, an apology in regards to how he made us feel would’ve sufficed but I could not even get that, only excuses. I have canceled my membership, and I still wish the business well because that’s just the type of person I am, it’s just unfortunate that this is what the YMCA has come to and I am never the type of person who brings race into topics but if this felt like anything, it felt like racism. It’s 2023… how sad to know we are still dealing with these type of things."
"Great place and friendly staff. Recently renovated and updated exercise room and newer equiptment. The price of membership like most YMCA is slightly high in my opinion since at this location most extras like sauna and basketball courts are not open most of the time I go because of sports or after-school care."
