"This is the only place I will patronize for my pool products.the young men working there are always helpful and courteous. There is a sign that plainly states if you don’t buy your products there it will be a $15 charge(no hidden information), also the chemicals here are expensive as they are everywhere. Cost have risen dramatically but you get what you pay for. I’m happy to go to a store that is knowledgeable about what I need and explains the steps plainly. Kudos to your staff!"

"Weekend staff was rude and not knowledgeable about products or prices. Was overcharged for one product and sold the wrong product for the 2nd item needed. When it was returned, the clerk was very rude and shorted the refund. When I brought it to his attention, he got frustrated and said, well "I can throw a few more dollars back on the card if that'swhat you need" The entire experience was a joke and I will NOT do business here again. -if you are, in fact, the owner replying to this review- feel free to contact me directly so I can set you straight on what you apparently were misinformed on. Your response sounds a lot like what the disrespectful "kid" had to say. I have the entire interaction recorded. I never once yelled at, nor was rude to your staff. I did, however, tell his mommy who happened to have come in while we were there, that I'm sure her opinion was biased when she decided to "Ma'am..." interject her unsolicited two cents. No one can blame the "new register" for returning a product for an amount LESS than the amount that THE SAME person charged for it earlier in the day. No need to tell me to not come back. I think I may it clear that I never will..."

"I just purchased my 1st hot tub from Quality.The Manager Issac was very informative with the process .Issac is very courteous and professional. Quality also manages my pool chemical reports and supplies. I would highly recommend them for your pool or spa needs."
