"I went in to purchase an item that I verified online was in stock at this exact store. When I arrived, I couldn’t find it. I asked for help and the lady who helped me had to call someone else on a radio who said they were out of stock. When I asked why online it says in stock, they had no answer. When I went to my car, I checked online again and it was in stock. So, I placed a pickup order and within 2 hours I had the exact item they told me was out of stock. I know when I asked for help that 2-3 employees were outside taking a break, so I guess they didn’t want to be bothered. Instead, I had to come back 2 hours later for them to do their job. EDIT: A week later, GM called me personally to apologize and assure that I had been able to find the item…really spoke volumes to me and I upgraded the stars for this"
