"If you have a pool, any size, I’d recommend pool pros to help you keep it clean. We’ve been guilty of doing it ourselves with our small above ground pools without much luck. This year we got a slightly larger above ground pool that we can’t afford to just drain when it turns green, so I decide to give the professionals a try. All they need is a sample of your pool water and they let you know how to take care of it. Everyone working here has been extremely helpful And friendly, I can’t recommend them enough!"

"All the guys at Pool Pro were exceptional to work with. They were all very nice! They kept in touch during the waiting months and showed up on time the day of install. The guys were very organized and cleaned up the job site when they were done like they were never there. They worked very hard and had it completed in about 5 hours. Kenneth answered any questions we had and was very knowledgeable about any and all pool related stuff. The guy that brought in our water for the pool said 8/10 of the pools he fills aren’t level but ours was perfectly level. Very pleased and will definitely recommend Pool Pro!"

"We were shown several steps on display for our above ground pool. We selected the ones we wanted, were even told the good features of these steps and the pricing. Purchased and loaded up the box. Got home to assemble and the color was wrong. Started assembly and realized these were not the style of steps chosen. We had to wait over the weekend (with no pool steps) to return. When returning, we were told they no longer make the ones I wanted. We asked for refund. Its been 2 days and my refund still hasn't shown up on my debit card. The store was nice, clean, we were greeted and were assisted promptly. I just absolutely do not like being mislead. Take down the obsolete steps (although you CAN get them on Amazon for a lesser price) and do not switch out what I thought I had purchased with ones that I didn't want."
