"Worst example of customer service I’ve ever seen by an associate named Melissa. She attempted to take advantage of my child and not give her supporting documentation for a transaction she completed. She didn’t even try to rectify the matter. The manager Trey finally came in and when I was voicing my frustration to him she decided to run her mouth. She is by far the rudest hag I have ever met. The manager Trey needs to consider growing a pair and control his associates."
