"For his birthday..Gave my son a choice - Redfish or Bonefish … he wanted a Redfish trip… very good friend and owner of a Flyfish shop in Asheville recommended Danny… booked the trip about 9 months out. Super responsive to my questions along the way… communication was awesome- let us know where to meet in advance. Promptly meet us at the dock and gave us a rundown on what to expect and how the day would most likely unfold. We were on some fish day 1 but they didn’t seem to interested ( that’s why it is called fishing and not catching right? ) Danny caught on and made a day 2 pivot to another area … 10 minutes from the dock , fish on ! We stayed on them all day and were able to present flies throughout the day. Danny had each part of the day planned out according to the tidal changes ( a must in this area) He was on point and had us on fish all day. Had a great multi day trip, certainly made some lifetime memories with my son and more importantly, we have a new friend. Don’t hesitate- get in the mud!"
