"Had an appointment 8 am For procedures that could not be reschedule. Called at 8:10 am told another fifteen minute that was not acceptable. 5 minutes later called back to cancel because got client into the car on my own. Just to be told that driver's called out. At which point in time would've been a good time for them To call me? To let me know that? Needless to say, if my client wasn't put in the car myself, he would have never made it to his an appointment."

"A+MediTrans is the worst medical van service they are always late, no matter what time. The day before yesterday & yesterday I waited 2 hours for pickup to return home. And the people who take the call are just as bad every time I ask to speak to a Supervisor he is never there. Oh & some of the drivers attitude are the worse. I don't say nothing I justoom at them pick up van # 812 bad attitude, 1557 bad, 546 bad I can go on but now I am taking down numbers. This one driver was on her cellphone & drove up a 1 way street the wrong way. They need to do better. But I remember something my boss said to me if you can't get things resolved you go over their heads with complaints So I am going over their heads straight to the Mayor"

"On the afternoon of 11/1/23 at around 5:10, I encountered one of your drivers who was a bit rude to me. When he showed up at my afternoon pickup location, he gave me an attitude and asked me what time I was supposed to be picked up. I told him 5:13. He gave me a lecture saying that was the time that he was to pick me up, even though he showed up a few minutes early and I get out of work at 5:00 in the afternoon. Is there a way that you could resolve this issue? Nobody should have to tolerate any drivers rude attitudes. Thank you"

"They expect you to call them when you're driving your child to school or picking them up but can't be bothered to let you know if their drivers are running behind. 45 minutes past normal drop off time one day and I had to call them twice to find out where my son was. I don't blame the drivers as were not allowed to communicate changes in transportation with them, we have to call the office. They switch drivers all the time and don't think to give them instructions on where the actual house is."
