"My dad needed a ride of urgency since he had surgery yesterday on his eyes , we were waiting for so long until I gave them a call and they rudely told me that they don’t accept Medicaid , a simple call back explaining that to me would’ve been fine instead of being told In a rude way"
"!!DO WHAT YOU CAN TO AVOID THIS BUSINESSES, ESPECIALLY MEDICAID PATIENTS!! Absolutely horrid people, shouldn't be allowed to taxi anyone let alone medical patients. They just left a Medicaid patient waiting for a ride to the HOSPITAL from them, left the patient sitting for AN HOUR thinking they were on their way and waiting on them to get there while these people knew full well they were not going to be coming to pick up the patient in the first place, they had the patients phone number and did not call to tell them "hey, we actually aren't doing rides in that area right now so you'll have to call Medicaid again and find a different one, sorry about that" knowing that this was a medical patient going to A HOSPITAL FOR GODS SAKE!! Waiting AN HOUR when with a simple two minute courtesy phone call from this businesses like you get with every other taxi service when they are unable to complete a ride, this patient could have gone and called medicaid back sooner to get the ride needed. And then when the patient called to ask where the ride is, these people have the audacity to be rude as hell! I would give zero stars if I could. Just avoid it if you can."
"This is a fly by night operation. Supposed to pick me up at St. Peters never saw a driver at all. Thinking they went to Albany Med. I will not recommend at all. Two different hospitals on New Scotland"
