Marriott's Harbour Point and Sunset Pointe at Shelter Cove

"Marriott's Harbour Point and Sunset Point are technically two separate timeshares that share a common property and are managed by Marriott. I believe villas are all two bed / two bath, with full kitchens, dining room, living room, and between 1 to 3 lanais. Washer and dryer are included in each villa. Views are dependent upon villa location. The property itself is in a peaceful location on a stunningly beautiful marsh. You will see lots of wildlife. The property has pools, hot tubs, tables, grills, and gazebos."

"This was the second time we stayed at Harbour Point and our unit is in desperate need of an upgrade. The dishwasher door hits the bottom stove drawer, so it does not open all the way, so plates slide to the rear of the rack. A utensil drawer does not open all the way, because it hits the dishwasher handle. The sliding doors for the washer and dryer have to be lifted and fit in the tracks to open. There is a large shelf under the TV that is not level. It has about a fifteen degree slant. On the positive side: Beds were comfortable and the view of the marsh was fantastic! All kinds of wildlife can be observed from the patio. Dolphins, fish, waterfowl and even manatees abound! Living room was spacious. Management told us those units are slated for upgrades and that was good news for future stays."

"Stayed for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom villa. Loved the full kitchen and in villa washer and dryer! We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the water watching boats and wildlife. When we weren’t on the balcony we were by the main pool and hot tub. We took advantage of the coffee in the morning and the take and bake pizzas they had one night was a big hit! I just wish we would have stayed longer! We will be back."

"While not directly on the beach, the accommodations are very nice and the views spectacular. We enjoyed the 2 bed, 2 baths, which need some updating. The balcony off each bedroom was so nice and the bonus balcony off the kitchen was great for viewing the Tuesday night fireworks. There is a shuttle to the Palmetto Dunes Beach, which I recommend because parking is very limited! We would definitely stay here again."
