"I would steer anyone away from booking a vacation with these people. We purchased a very expensive trip from them that we weren't able to go on due to safety concerns. Approximately 2 months before our scheduled trip a friend of ours made us aware that Belize has become very dangerous to visit. We did some research via the U.S. travel website and confirmed that it is indeed dangerous and far to risky to be traveling there, especially with kids. We asked Primus Villas for a refund or to atleast exchange our trip for a trip to a safer destination. They refused to do anything whatsoever about this and insisted that we would be safe in spite of what the U.S. travel site says. This business obviously puts profits ahead of people's safety."
