"Worst customer service. Bait and switch. Literally stole our deposit. Tried to cancel massages a full 48 hours prior to. The 3rd party massage company understood. Then we received a call from Sporting Adventures - said we couldn't cancel. They charged us 1200 and gave 700 to the massage company took this out of our deposit. Questioned the owner. Never called me back. Tried 9 times. The only reason we cancelled is because of our Their catamaran. Believe it was called Kool CaT. The Sporting Adventures brochure - it clearly states they will take us to a plethora of locations of OUR CHOICE. This did not happen. They took us to three places of their choosing and would not listen to what we wanted to do. That’s a hefty price ($1200) for a 100% bait and switch. On that same Catamaran: one of our party got really sick a date rape drug. This was a horrible experience for her. I am going to reiterate we did not and would not have chosen Abi Beach (locals only). I can understand not having welcome drinks, I’ll look past that. However, The brochure makes it appear like a glamourous event. Never happened. Maid Service. Flat out didn’t show one day and they charged us anyway. Never refunded. Arrogant, mean spirited, rude company. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Better companies that focus on the customer are out there. Oh and I'm still out $1,500 Terrible."

"My first time with this group from a vacation trip we won at a children's charity auction in Charleston. House on their "rental circuit" was one in Belize. Went there with 4 other couples. Each person had to submit in advance a $150 security deposit per person - which was odd in itself. Been on numerous hunting trips and vacation rentals and never had to do that. Oh well. When asked for return on deposits, was charged $117 for "missing 2 soup spoons, 2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels and two broken wine glasses". Yet, we paid for chef and maid service with house and never washed cloths or washed dishes. Asked about this and was flatly refused not only by sales person but also the supervisor. I'm left thinking, I paid all this money to fly and go to Belize and the company is going to charge me for missing items, the quality of which I could have bought at Wal Mart? Dumb decision. Have been on many many hunting trips, and vacation rentals and NEVER had this happen. Save yourself the headaches . This is one adventure you'll be glad to avoid."
