"My first visit was great. The confirmation process for my second visit didn't go so well. One wasted trip from 30 miles away wasn't so great. I even called the day before and left a message but still couldn't get things worked out."

"Beware!!! I was being treated by Harrison Bridge Dental for a little over a year and never had an issue with the previous Dentist. Unfortunately, he went elsewhere, and a new Dentist came in. At first everything was great, but that soon changed. I'm disabled and live on a fixed income and for this reason, before any treatments I got I always asked them to make sure everything was covered. The last time I was there they gave me a plan of treatment and scheduled me for the first part of the plan. On the scheduled date, I asked as i always do for them to make sure everything was covered. The dentist who was in the room asked the front desk to verified and came back and said we would work on what was covered and resume the plan after the plan reset again. I soon got a bill for $98.50. I called their office several times and when they finally called back said that it was because there was and exam that was done to close to the other exam. I explained that they had told me everything was covered, and they said they did not know that the exam would not be paid by the insurance because there was one done the month before. How they could not know this being that this is what they do on a daily basis and that they also assured me it was paid is very disingenuous. I will be going to another dentist from now on."
