"Did not care for them at all. Went in with a tooth needing pulled. Did my exrays and tried to talk me into dentures. Afterwards, sent me back to the waiting room until accounts payable could see me to try and talk me into dentures (which was about 10k more than any other quote). After I told accounts payable no, they ran my insurance and made me pay before the tooth would get pulled. When I finally went back to have it pulled, they numbed my gums and started pulling my tooth. Told me to raise my hand if it starting hurting while being pulled. I did and I was ignored. Darn near had me jumping out of the chair. I will NEVER NEVER go back to Aspen dental."

"I won’t be going back. I needed a crown and knew that going in and told them when I made the appointment only to be told they don’t do crowns and wanted to charge me over $900 for mild conjunctivitis treatment. They referred me to a specialist for the crown and told me specialist don’t take insurance. X-ray lady was quite aggressive, she actually cut up the inside of my mouth a little by shoving the thing in there. I know they aren’t comfortable, but a little delicacy never hurt anybody. Went to another dentist (who does do crowns) got a much more reasonable quote, and was even told they were glad I didn’t end up going with Aspen because they have only heard dodgy things about them. I wasn’t gonna leave a review but I get an email and text everything other day pestering me to “tell us how we did at Aspen Dental!” So here it is."

"From the t I me I made my appt. until the time I walked out the door, my experience was just perfect!! The people, the atmosphere, was so so nice and everyone seemed to get along really well with one another! Can't wait for my next visit. Thank u!"

"The staff are friendly. The lobby is a bit run down; chairs need to be replaced, painting etc. Based on their reputation I expected a "nicer" facility. Of course they couldn't do what I needed done. They went from a $409 estimate to over $4K in an effort to sell me a new product all without even checking whether or not this option would even work. So of course, I didn't agree and decided to schedule a consult. Maybe I will just keep looking..."

"My 1st visit to Aspen Dental was a great experience. The entire staff were so pleasant and upbeat. The best part is I didn't have to wait longer then my appointment time. I also appreciated how they kept a clean work area by wiping it down after each patient. The entire visit was very impressive."
