"Drivers smoke in vehicle which is not allowed in cabs these days, some drive under the influence and many of them go way too fast over the speed limit. Unsafe drivers. Most drivers have poor hygiene. The owner is rude when answers the phone. They are not on time to pick you up for appointments or make you late for them as well."

"I have tried a few different taxi services and had frequent no show problems or they dont accept debit cards. After trying Saratoga Taxi I stuck with them. They show up, reasonable fees, take cash or card, and so far I haven't had a driver that wasn't polite, friendly, and reliable. Been using them for almost a year now and always get where I need to be and on time. Highly recommend based on my experience."
