"Let me explain, that the dentist, the hygienist and the office manager get 5 stars from me! But when someone with zero compassion is in charge of answering phones/greeting patients, that automatically lowers the quality of an establishment. I have Struggled with dental anxiety for so long and was so happy to finally find a practice where I felt comfortable. And that all changed when they hired “her.” I am very disappointed and upset to say the least. But even more upset that I will Have to begin my search, again."
