"Amazing afternoon wandering the old oak trees."
"No tour guide no tours. On your own. House not maintained cannot go in- no walking trails. Disappointed but we created our own adventure. No access to Ace Basin- waterway nature preservation- on this plantation site."
"Nice quiet location that is not overcrowded! I didn't like that the guy working there had the house door locked, so no one could get in for maps or to ask questions. With the exception of myself, everyone else there during the same time was from another state. It would've been great for everyone to be able to go inside and ask any questions about the trails or where not to go."
"Great hiking area. We went on a cloudy day in February and saw multiple tiny alligators and 2 bald eagles. Lots of wildlife and a very beautiful area."
"This place was beautiful! Totally off the beaten path (we were the only people there) but the trails are nicely mowed and the grounds are beautiful. There were bathrooms and a large parking area. The house was closed when we were there, not sure why, it should've been open, but I downloaded a trail map on my phone and we walked around. We would've walked more but the temperatures were just too high that day."
