"Idk what these other reviews are on about. The staff is great, other than the wait. Adrianne did a great job cleaning my teeth and helping me understand what exactly is wrong with them and what I need to do to improve my oral hygiene. And the people who did my fillings held my hand during the needle part and made sure I was comfortable and gave me affirmations the entire time."
"Shut this place down ASAP.. Front desk staff and manager Cynthia Williams are rude as ever. My children had appointments scheduled for 4pm we showed up and 3:56 only to be told that out appointments have been canceled bc we didn't confirm them 24hrs in advance never in the 12yrs my kids have been doing here have we ever confirmed an appointment an never had a problem. If its a new rule then in the confirmation text it needs to state if not confirmed in 24hrs then appointments will be canceled. Poor management and poor front desk staff. No wonder the turn over is so high at this location. Overbooking and over worked dental hygiene team working with rude front desk staff. This place is a freaking joke. And yall have lost a valued customer due to poor patient care and satisfaction."
"My 4 kids appointments was at 9am I went to wrong location so we arrived 10 minutes late. I signed in at 9:10 and after signing all the paperwork it was 9:30. The hygienist Jessica (the only one that was nice) comes and talk to me asking what concerns I have. Another co worker interrupts saying we can't see them she was late. So they going back and forth in front of me. So Jessica tells us come to back and seat all 4 of my kids and started working on the youngest. One coworker walking around with an attitude all loud saying how she won't be helping and she have to do all 4 by herself. The same coworker from the front desk walks up to Jessica being all nasty and rude saying you have to reschedule them we can only do. By this time I'm pissed because I took off work and my kids took off school and I was only 10 minutes late but we have to reschedule. They had plenty of time to turn me around and ask to reschedule but wait until we got all the way to the back to ask to reschedule. After talking we agreed to do 2 and I would come back at 11am for the other 2. While waiting i over hear 2 coworkers talking about how the ain't helping and I was late by this time I can't take it no more so I'm ready to leave because I felt uncomfortable and the lack of professionalism so NO I don't want no one with that type of attitude working with my kids. While in the JESSICA was the only one working by herself. I actually felt sorry for her because she was holding everything together and being so nice and they was so mean and rude to her. I have a issue EVERY time I bring my kids but today was by far the worst experience ever. I will be speaking to the manager and corporate tomorrow morning. Please don't waste your time going. Understaffed and lack of professionalism!!!"
"Service sucks! They turned us around due to not confirming (something we didn’t know we had to do) because we literally never done so. We have been inconvenienced several times because they NEVER have staff therefore can never answer the phone. I feel that because of the staffing issue they change rules as they go to throw the blame on the customer and not themselves. Front desk lady made me wait while she made dinner reservations once. Currently looking for ortho for my daughter elsewhere. Oh and don't call corporate because they are never available either!!!!"
